In Adam's nearly 20-year real estate career, he has built a loyal client base and a strong team of partners. His career continues to grow as he has closed nearly $1 Billion in transactions of all asset types.
Adam graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Business Management and is an active member of ICSC and ACG. Adam resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife and two sons.

Adam English, Managing Director at Stream Capital Partners, brings over 12 years of investment brokerage and advisory services experience to the Alabama office and leads the STREAM Southeast team. Adam has become a pillar of support to the Company, providing leadership to the offices and brokers he partners within STREAM. Adam focuses on net lease and sale leaseback transactions throughout the country and has developed a strong base of corporate, national, and regional clients providing advisory services on portfolio sales.

Based in Chicago, Andy Frazier joined Stream Capital Partners in October of 2022 and brings a unique background to commercial real estate brokerage. Prior to STREAM, Andy worked as an account manager for a Fortune 500 technology company that provided mission-critical communications, command center software, and video security solutions to law enforcement and government agencies. Andy managed complex transactions that required fulfillment of financial, technological, and political goals for multiple stakeholders. Andy is a professional who always delivers and is a strong client advocate who knows how to create win-win solutions.
Prior to his 20 years in sales and account management, Andy attended East Carolina University. When not working, he enjoys traveling, especially to wine producing regions in the U.S. and abroad, and cooking.

Annie Koch is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Transaction Management at STREAM Capital Partners where she focuses on STREAM's day-to-day operations, broker management and all transaction progression. Annie is a seasoned real estate veteran with nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience focusing on the Chicago metropolitan-area real estate area and corporate clients on a national level with specialties in Industrial real estate, research and marketing.
Annie is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Association of Industrial Real Estate (AIRE), National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), and Industrial Women in Real Estate (IWIRE.) Annie earned her B.A. from Loyola University Chicago and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.

Ben Hollis joined STREAM Capital Partners as an Analyst based in the Birmingham, Alabama office. With a strong foundation in commercial real estate and finance, Ben has extensive experience conducting in-depth research across various sectors, analyzing financial statements, and building valuation models for potential investors. His work in project management and consulting has sharpened his ability to assess property value and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Blake Micholas joined STREAM Capital Partners as an Analyst based in the Richmond, Virginia office. Blake began his career with a primary focus in public accountancy and quickly honed his skills, specializing in commercial real estate, hospitality, and employee benefits plan sectors. Blake has nearly 5 years' experience overseeing the preparation of financial statements, the collection and organization of data, and fostering relationships with stakeholders, owners and clients.
Blake holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Mississippi. Outside of work, Blake is an active volunteer for the National Capital Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Ball and is a nationally ranked amateur golfer.

Bradley Sowell began his real estate career as an institutional buyer before transitioning into brokerage. Bradley focused on analyzing data and maximizing opportunities across all real estate platforms. While managing multiple real estate portfolios, Bradley has built strong client relationships and a business development foundation.
Bradley graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Bradley also played football while at Ole' Miss as a three-year tackle starter. Following his college career, Bradly was drafted to the NFL in 2012 where he was a top offensive player for eight years until his retirement in 2020.

Brandon Krawitz joined STREAM Capital Partners as an Associate based in the Chicago, Illinois office. Brandon brings a diverse background in real estate, financial modeling, and strategic business development. Prior to joining STREAM, Brandon worked as an Associate at Hilco Real Estate, where he led major retail liquidation projects, renegotiated leases for high-profile clients, and conducted market research for large-scale REIT projects. He also gained experience in acquisitions and development during his tenure at GMX Development.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and completed his MBA with a concentration in Finance, Real Estate, and Valuation at DePaul University. He is the President of the DePaul Real Estate Alumni Association.

Daniel Macks, Managing Director at STREAM Capital Partners, joined the firm in 2018. Danielle Florina joined STREAM Capital Partners in 2017 as Vice President of Marketing. She oversees all marketing, public relations, and branding efforts for the sale leaseback team at Stream Capital Partners. Prior to this, Danielle launched her marketing career as a coordinator working with investment brokers and a nationally-recognized author, style, and travel expert. She then managed all marketing projects at Strategic Mobility Group, including content creation, campaign materials, and social media strategy.

Davy Turner is an investment specialist with STREAM Capital Partners in Austin, Texas. With a focus on retail single tenant net leases and industrial assets, Davy specializes in cultivating and nurturing genuine, lasting relationships with clients and customers. He is an outside-the-box thinker who applies the personal, specific needs of his clients to the acquisition and disposition of investment real estate, perfectly suited to each individual. A results-driven, tenured sales professional, Davy has over 15 years of diverse industry experience. Dorothy Lee, CCIM, Vice President, brings over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, specifically Sale Leaseback and Net Lease transactions. Dorothy's impressive track record of closing more than $75 million in real estate transactions is a testament to her motivation and tenacity. Based in Chicago, Graham is the Vice President of Sale-Leaseback and Net Lease Transactions, advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of net-leased assets nationwide. Graham has an extensive background in net lease sales with more than 8 years of experience with commercial investment sales and utilizes his experience when working with other STREAM offices across our platform. Since joining STREAM in 2019, Graham has underwritten over $500mm of real estate and worked with a plethora of clientele, including private individuals, high net worth families, family offices, public and private REITs, and PE firms.

Jeff Lizzo, Managing Director at STREAM Capital Partners, brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience in all facets of real estate, including valuation, transaction management, and corporate finance. Prior to joining STREAM, Jeff was with JLL's Corporate Finance and Net Lease team in Chicago and Duff & Phelps' (now Kroll) real estate valuation team. Jeff has executed over $5 billion in sale leaseback, build-to-suit, and investment sale transactions.

Joe DiGennaro is a Senior Associate on the sale leaseback team with STREAM Capital Partners. Since joining STREAM, Joe has underwritten more than $250 million in sale leaseback transactions; with a focus on industrial, healthcare, and retail. His experience involves collaborating with private equity firms and corporate owners, working all facets of analytics, advisory, and transaction management. Before joining STREAM, Joe was a part of MAG Capital Partners' acquisitions team, overseeing the investment and disposition of $150 million of net leased industrial properties.

Jonathan Wolfe is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of STREAM Capital Partners. In 2012, Jonathan Wolfe and his partner, Jordan Shtulman, formed STREAM Capital Partners with the intent to advise institutions, real estate developers, REITs, private equity firms, and business owners on all phases of net leased and sale leaseback properties. Krupa Shah, Managing Director at STREAM Capital Partners, has nearly 20 years of real estate capital markets experience. Her clients include private equity and independent sponsors, corporations, institutional investors, and developers. Previously, Krupa worked extensively in corporate finance at JLL. Over the course of her career, Krupa has executed over $4.5 billion in sale leaseback, build-to-suit, and investment sale transactions, as well as $1.4 billion in commercial loan dispositions. Patrick Tupa joined STREAM Capital Partners as an Associate in July 2020. Sasha Dominguez is a multi-cultural national specialist of investment properties with a focus on net lease and sale leaseback properties. Prior to joining STREAM Capital Partners, Sasha spent the early part of her career in the banking industry before she transitioned into commercial real estate. While working closely with landowners, developers and consultants, Sasha was able to reduce their risk of exposure through her adeptness by meticulously underwriting properties. She has also been successful in the strategic consultation with tenants throughout their expansion.
Sasha is actively involved in the community, participating in organizations such as The New Leaders Task Force/Beacon Council, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and International Council of Shopping Centers. Sasha received her B.B.A. in International Business and Management from Florida International University.
