CULINARY INSTITUTE OF NEW ORLEANS

The Culinary Institute of New Orleans is located iin the food capiital of the World in New Orleans, Louisiana offering degrees in culinary cuisine and baking preparation. Founded by Bob Koehl in 1984, its location on 2100 St Charles Avenue in the Garden District offers state of the art instruction for its students as well as the restaurants Chef's Table and the new Cricket Club in the former location of the Eiffel Tower and Red Room restaurants and clubs to allow patrons to sample our students culinary expertise. Classics dishes like Gumbos, Etouffees, Salads, Soups, Seafood, Crawfish, Shrimp, Meat, Poultry, Vegetarian and many desserts like Bananas Foster and Cherries Jubilee are taught here.
