Erin has been involved in competitive sports since the age of five, with over a decade's worth of experience in gymnastics, which has served her well in CrossFit. After multiple years of CrossFit competitions, she earned her Level 1 CrossFit certification in 2018. Her coaching style uses her gymnastics background to break down the movements, drilling down on foundations and focusing on efficiency of movement to generate gains for her clients...
