F1 In Schools is an engineering and design action learning project for students, implemented in high schools around the world. With more than 20 countries participating from Europe, North and South America, Africa, the Middle East and Australia, this international competition contains practical implication for all students involved... F1 In Schools was introduced in the United Kingdom in 2001. It was created to enhance the profile of engineering at schools and college levels. In the first year of inception, this program involved 97 schools with 4365 students.
