I have over 20 years experience as a UX designer, researcher, workshop facilitator, and strategist. Most of my work has been in the enterprise space -- content management, human capital management, IT administration tools, and partner relationship management... I'm experienced in Design Thinking and Lean methods and am skilled in collaborative design. I've recently completed certifications in UX Design and Design Research with the Nielsen Norman Group. I am seeking a new opportunity to apply my skills and experience to help a team solve complex problems with simple solutions.
