Amaya is a registered Architect with 25+ years of experience in the field and two years of experience working specifically in the seniors industry. Previously in her own practice, she worked on interior commercial renovations and residential housing projects.
With aging parents, Amaya discovered a need for more dignified housing and lifestyle options for seniors. Her role at PARC gives her purpose knowing that she's providing seniors with choice when it comes to retirement living.
Outside of work, Amaya enjoys painting botanicals in watercolour.

Aru is a people leader through and through. With experience in retirement living, healthcare, and finance, she's just as skilled at building strong resident relationships as she is at managing the behind-the-scenes details that keep our communities running.

He's focused on sourcing fresh, local ingredients, creating nutritious and delightful menus, and importantly, providing mentorship to younger team members. Having worked his way up from an entry level cook role, Christopher's got all the right ingredients to build a top-notch food program. His previous positions range from sous chef to culinary director for a variety of upscale independent retirement residences, proving he knows his way around a retirement residence kitchen!
A born and bred North Vancourite, Christopher is truly a perfect fit for Cedar Springs - and he duly appreciates the quick commute - just blocks from his home. After work, you'll likely find him spending time with his family, camping, hiking and watching his favourite football team, the Denver Broncos.

Jennifer Andrews knows that great hospitality is about more than good food - it's about creating moments people remember. With over 30 years in the service industry, she brings a unique mix of empathy, humour, loyalty and boundless energy to her role as Dining Room Manager at Cedar Springs PARC.
From her early days as a hostess to leading front-of-house operations in a range of hospitality settings - including work she cherished in a senior living community on Vancouver Island - Jennifer has honed her skills in service, leadership and the art of creating an inviting environment. At PARC she's committed to delivering warm, attentive service that makes every resident feel right at home.
Outside of work, Jennifer pursues several creative passions. She's a talented artist in traditional fine art, digital media, crochet design and rug tufting, as well as a disc jockey who loves making music with friends. She also gardens with her partner and spends as much time as possible out in nature.

Having owned and operated Day Spas for over 25 years, Moira enjoyed a deep love of people, and in particular, her senior clients. She then developed a focused curiosity about holistic well-being and started to direct her attention to mental fitness. Moira shifted careers to include counselling and coaching. She has first-hand experience with her own parents, seeing the marked difference in the quality of life between her mother and late father.

Peter comes to PARC Retirement Living with a strong background in building operations. In his 30+ years of experience, Peter has overseen commercial, industrial and high-rise office buildings as well as large malls and other retirement communities.
Peter is motivated by and appreciative of the empathy, sincere care and compassionate dedication of people in this industry. He genuinely believes that the environment at Cedar Springs PARC and PARC Retirement Living overall is "good for the soul."

Sean joins PARC Retirement Living with over 15 years of experience in lifestyle-related sales. He found his calling in the seniors industry after seeing family members working in the industry helping people and their loved ones transition into a retirement community. The ability to help others drew Sean to pursue a career in the seniors industry and his current role as Sales Manager lends itself strongly to that.
In his spare time, Sean enjoys traveling, entertaining and spending time with his wife, two boys and two dogs. He's also a motorcycle enthusiast.
Sheila is highly skilled and knowledgeable with over 35 years in Hospitality Management. She holds a Bachelor's degree from University of Algonquin College in Travel Tourism and Hotel Management. She has held multiple senior leadership positions throughout her career, in Senior Luxury Lifestyle Living, Five-Star Luxury Hotel Chains, Aviation, and owing her own business for 11 years in Banff. Sheila is delighted to work for PARC where she can provide the Cedar Springs community an opportunity for independent seniors to explore vibrancy, companionship, and engagement. Sheila is looking forward to continuing to support the Cedar Springs team with like-minded staff to provide premium services so our seniors can live life to the fullest.
Sheila enjoys travelling, golfing, and spending time in nature. She also enjoys hosting social events-her last name Lively does add character to her personality.
