Ontario Translational Research Network (OTRN) is a provincial organization that facilitates advanced and comprehensive translational cancer research with an overall goal to aid in discovery of new cancer diagnostic and treatment standards... Ontario has a number of repositories of tumor and tissues including the NCIC CTG, OICR and University Health Network (UHN) tumor banks that also provide an outstanding resource for biomarker evaluation. In Ontario there are a number of labs that are able to provide higher throughput evaluation of specified markers at a GLP standard. The goal of OTRN is to allow investigators from these universities and research centers to collaborate at various levels...
