Neil is a highly motivated and enthusiastic Working Capital specialist with broad experience in the Banking and Finance industry. His key areas of expertise are Debtor Finance and Trade Finance. He has held key leadership roles in South Australia and Victoria with the NAB and Westpac.
Neil has a long history of achieving strong results and is focused on achieving excellent team outcomes. Neil has more than 15 years of experience leading teams and has been a key member of NAB and Westpac's national leadership teams (Both for Invoice Discounting and Trade Finance) and has been a highly respected advocate for change within the industry.
Over the last 11 years Neil has successfully operated Thane Commercial Pty Ltd and over that period has assisted many founders to maximise the flexibility that they require to grow their businesses, particularly when their growth is constrained by traditional forms of working capital management such as Secured Overdrafts and Trade Financing.
