For the last 26 years, we have gained a reputation for technical excellence and reliability in shipbuilding, repairs and conversion and has been acting in Bulgaria and abroad. ULA is working mainly as a subcontractor to shipbuilding yards in Bulgaria and abroad... We are working on all type of ships. Our experience is mostly on dry cargo ships, special purpose vessels (tugs, fishing boats, offshore vessels, pilot boats, cost guard etc.)... The goal of our company is a long term business cooperation with shipyards. Our long experience as a subcontractor gives us the advantage of having good knowledge and complying with local conditions and requirements, as well as achieving a reasonable price for the performance of our works.
