About Our Business The Center for Employee Development, LLC, was established to provide development support to organizations seeking to transform into lean manufacturing or lean transactional spaces. Our vision is to establish in-house leaders in your organization who will grow and sustain lean practices. Our mission is to meet or exceed customer expectations for systems and development materials to deploy lean in their environment. C4 ED was started in May of 2007 by Steve Ansuini having over forty years of development experience in diverse environments which include over 20 years with Toyota Engineering and Manufacturing of North America. C4 ED may be limited in manpower, however, a vast network of resources for lean deployment is maintained in our database. Only individuals who have proven their abilities are included in this group and are committed to the same high standards on which C4 ED stands.
