POWELL VALLEY CHURCH

Powell Valley Church is a group of ordinary people who serve and worship an extraordinary God. We are not a building, we are a people. We are a people with a God-given vision to reach the lost and equip the found. We are a group of people who realize that none of us "has it all together," but need God continually directing our lives... We are a group of people who prefer to love our neighbor rather than to judge our neighbor. We are a group of people who stand firm on the Word of God (The Holy Bible) and never apologize for what God says through it. We are a group of people who extend compassion to the brokenhearted, mercy and grace to the offender, and forgiveness to those who seek it…and to those who do not... But on another level, of course, the answer is a good deal more complex. While the Covenant Church does not require adherence to any written creed, we take our theology very seriously, and our history as well.
