"WAGAD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY" was formed and registered under companies Act 1932 on 25.10.1999 with the Registrar of Companies, Banswara (Reg. No. : 03/26/99). The company was then renamed as "WAGAD INFRAPROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED" on 27th August 2011 to symbolize the activities of infrastructure development. The Company was promoted by Mr. Ashok Jain, Mr. Vinod Jain, Mr. Andesh Jain and Mr. Ankush Jain...
