At 313 Bicycle Works our mission is to turn our passion for bikes into unique frames and bikes for our customers... We seek out people who want a custom frame built for an individual, by hand, in Detroit. Our customers share our passion for cycling, and are looking for an alternative to mass produced, foreign-made bicycles. The cost of our frames reflects the quality and craftsmanship of your new ride. We value quality over quantity. We offer and prefer to use American made tubing and components whenever possible - including True Temper, Henry James, Phil Wood, Velocity USA, and Paul Components... The 313 is a steel, single speed city bike. It's beauty through simplicity. After that, this bike can be anything you want or need it to be. Need tire clearance? Want rack mounts and fenders? A single speed around-towner? A fixed gear messenger-style bike? Brakes? No brakes?..
