Rory Carle is the managing director and founder of 4C Connect a subsequent entrepreneurial venture to his successful 10-year tenure in the same capacity at Catalyst Resource Group. Carle founded 4C Connect in 2012 as a permanent placement firm focused on finance and accounting and has grown the business into a full-service recruiting and staffing firm. Carle's background is centered in the recruiting industry for 20+ years, observing and executing several business models. In founding 4C Connect, Carle was determined to build a staffing firm that offered a better way to be a complementary resource for clients and mentor for candidates.
