Mentorship Works provides 3 channels to obtain guidance and support in developing your startup... Mentorship Works is a local Santa Barbara non-profit that connects aspiring entrepreneurs with experienced Mentors. We love Santa Barbara Entrepreneurs!... We are a group of business professionals, community leaders, and aspiring entrepreneurs who provide this service because we know the value of a well connected network of entrepreneurs for a thriving community. Simply put, the more entrepreneurs, the better. In addition to our mentor-mentee matching system, we also offer to our members: a free entrance to all of our events, our resources page with helpful links organized by category, and full access to our video library of personal interviews with local entrepreneurs.
