TIMBERWOODS Resort has 65 deeded (stock certificate) RV Lots individually owned and are purchased and sold just like a home. Each lot has either a Park Model or RV Camper style vacation home on it and there are 6 individually owned log cabins. Each lot may be charged an annual County property tax and Park Models may be homesteaded. The association fee for each lot is currently, $1,150.00 a season which includes management, water, sewer, trash, reserves and the Resort's amenities
