Hawkefield are very good. I am disabled and all through the lockdowns, whenever they do one of their monthly checks, they knock on the door and see if I needed anything. They also gave me a number to call in emergencies. Their Property Management Services are excellent, they keep the place clean, tidy and well maintained... Hawkefield are doing a great job with managing our property here on Portland. We found it quite difficult to find a company prepared to come out to Portland for our small property but Hawkefield were keen, quoted a reasonable price and have been very friendly and efficient. We are all very pleased we chose them... Hawkefield and particularly Howard are very easy to deal with. The communication has been great and the firm are always easy to contact. We recently had a leak in the roof. Hawkefield organised the quotes, chose the right contractors, managed the whole process and kept all us owners well informed.
