N9SAFECON - Key Persons
Matthew Hummer is an expert on port security policy and U.S. legislation that mandates cargo container monitoring & screening. He was also a senior transportation analyst at Bloomberg Government, a leading provider of news, data and analysis on business import of government action. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Hummer was an economic analyst at The Millennium Challenge Corp., a U.S foreign aide agency that invests in public infrastructure in developing countries. Att MCC, Hummer conducted cost-benefit analysis for transportation supply chain and energy projects. He holds finance and economic degrees from Fordham University and a master's of public policy from Georgetown University.
