Ever since we first opened in 2002, it has been our goal to offer our Tampa Bay area customers excellent artisanal breads and pastries, made according to the grand old Italian tradition. All our baked goods are handmade on the premises using only natural ingredients and without artificial additives or preservatives. All breads are made with our own starter and a long leavening process, which produces a nice crust and a chewy texture. Every day we transform natural ingredients like real butter, fresh eggs and unbleached flour into a variety of flavorful breads, pizzas, focaccias, pastries, savory tarts, cookies and cakes...
