3 AMIGOS SOUTHWEST GRILL

3 Amigos Southwest Grill was founded by Aaron Parker, Cam Holt, and Mike Triska. They first opened the doors on March 28, 2012, being one of very few restaurants in Williston at the time. The three of them went to high school in Bismarck, ND and are currently living and working in Bozeman, MT. Since opening 3 Amigos, they currently have a total of four other restaurants: Dave's Sushi, Jam, Barley & Vine, and Primal Meats (all in Bozeman). On October 2, 2017, they sold the restaurant to their General Manager, Alayna Stiernagle. She moved to ND from MN to gain management experience in September 2015. In two short years of managing the place she had put her own twist on many recipes and reorganized the entire place. In 2018, she did some small remodels, repainted, updated the menu, and even brought back the evening hours. On February 15, 2021, 3 Amigos started offering online ordering and delivery to the Williston area too!... 3 Amigos Southwest Grill is locally owned and operated..
