Before I worked in the fitness industry, I spent 10 years working in the corporate world. I liked being busy but I hated the fact that I never got an opportunity to be creative... So I started teaching group fitness classes after work as a part-time-thing-on-the-side. I loved it, it was like a creative outlet. So I started teaching more and more classes... My part-time-thing-on-the-side got busier. And then I realised I was getting too tired to do my actual full-time job. So I quit the corporate world and went full time into fitness.
