Alan Lawlor is Managing Director of the Group's Insulation Division globally. He was previously CFO of the Insulation Division, Managing Director Kingspan Insulation Southern Europe, and Group Head of M&A. Alan is a Chartered Accountant, and joined the Group in 2000, having previously worked for Barlo Group plc and PwC.

Anne is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cpl Resources plc. She has circa 20 years' experience running an international recruitment and outsourcing business and is currently on the Board of IBEC, having previously held a number of non-executive directorships.

Bianca Wong is Global Head of Sustainability for Kingspan Group. She joined Kingspan in 2013 as part of our Graduate Programme and has worked as Technical Advisor before moving to the role of Sustainability Manager.

Bill Minnock is the Group Development Manager with responsibility for all Mergers and Acquisitions activity. He joined the Group in 2011 having previously worked for Aryzta Group plc in a variety of roles including Group Development Manager.

Dominic Van den Bossche is Divisional Managing Director of Joris Ide Insulated Panels. He joined the Group in 2015, having previously worked for more than 25 years in the steel industry.

Donal Curtin is Managing Director of the Roofing + Waterproofing Division. He previously served in a number of senior finance and general management positions in North America. He joined the Group in 2002 having previously worked for PwC.

Eugene Murtagh retired as Non-Executive Chairman of the Group in April 2021 and was given the honorary title of President Emeritus. Eugene founded Kingspan in the 1960s and, as CEO until 2005, he led its growth and development to become an international market leader.
Gene Murtagh is the Group Chief Executive. He was appointed to the Board in 1999. Skills & experience: He was previously the Chief Operating Officer from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that he was managing director of the Group's Insulated Panel business and of the Environmental business. He joined the Group in 1993, and has a deep knowledge of all of the Group's businesses and wider building materials and energy efficiency industries.

Geoff Doherty joined Kingspan as CFO in January 2011. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (B.Comm FCA). Geoff was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Greencore Group Plc.

He is a qualified chartered accountant with significant experience of financial management in an international manufacturing environment.

Gilbert McCarthy is Managing Director of the Group's Insulated Panel activities in the UK, Ireland, Western Europe, The Middle East and Australasia. He was previously Managing Director of the Off-site Division and General Manager of the Insulation business in Ireland. He joined the Group in 1998, having previously worked for both Johnson & Johnson and KPMG.
Gilbert McCarthy is Managing Director of the Group's Insulated Panels businesses in the UK, Ireland, Western Europe and Australia. He was appointed to the Board in September 2011. Skills & experience: He has been with the Group for over 13 years, and was previously managing director of the Off-site division and general manager of the insulation board business. He brings to the Board his extensive knowledge of the building envelope industry, in particular in Western Europe and Australasia.
Jim Carolan is Group Head of Compliance & Certification. He joined the company in 1976 and has helped develop the operational side of the panels business globally.

Jost Massenberg is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, he was appointed to the Board in February 2018 and appointed Chairman in April 2021.

Jost was Chief Executive Officer of Benteler Distribution International GmbH, and was formerly the Chief Sales Officer and a member of the executive board of ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe AG. He has over 30 years' experience in European steel and major manufacturing businesses. He is Chairman of VTG Aktiengesellschaft, and a non-executive director in a number of large private companies. Linda Hickey (Senior Independent Director) was appointed to the Board in June 2013.
Linda was Head of Corporate Broking at Goodbody Capital Markets and previously she worked at NCB Stockbrokers and Merrill Lynch. She brings to the Board her considerable knowledge and experience in capital markets and corporate governance matters.

Louise Foody is the Group Director of Digital and Board member of Invicara, a Kingspan backed company. She joined through our graduate programme in 2005 and has held senior positions as the Global Marketing Director for both the Water & Energy and Insulated Panels divisions.
Michael is a chartered accountant, and was formerly Chief Operating Officer & Deputy Chief Executive of Ryanair. Prior to joining Ryanair he had experience in a number of different distribution and manufacturing industries, including as Finance Director of the Gowan Group, one of Ireland's largest private companies. He is also a non-executive director of Paddy Power Plc.

Russell Shiels is President of the Insulated Panel business in North America & the Access Floors Division in the US & Europe. He was previously Managing Director of the Group's Building Components and Data & Flooring Technology businesses in the UK. He joined the Group in 1996.

Skills & experience: He was previously managing director of the Group's Building Components and Raised Access Floors businesses in the UK. He has experience in many of the Group's key businesses. He brings to the Board his particular knowledge of the North American Building Envelope Market, as well as his understanding of the office and data centre market globally.
Senan Murphy was appointed to the Board in October 2022.
Senan was the Group Finance Director of CRH plc, having previously held positions as Bank of Ireland Group's Chief Operating Officer, and as COO at Ulster Bank and CFO at Airtricity. He has over 30 years' experience in international business across multiple industries including building materials, renewable energy, financial services and banking.
