Ashish Mahadwar - COO

Ashish leads business operations across Microland, including global delivery, client solutions, new client acquisitions, relationships with existing customers, technology partnerships and alliances, marketing, and enables customers in their transformation journey into a digital world. Keenly aware that ideas multiply the impact of technology, Ashish brings with him a special emphasis on innovation. Under his guidance, Microland's team ensures that clients embrace AI, automation and IIoT with extraordinary results. Ashish is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and believes inclusive organizations can create a more well-rounded environment fostering new ideas. He is the executive sponsor for Microland's D&I initiative. Ashish is a consummate leader and a caring mentor. With a diversified global career of over 30 years, he has the experience to guide talent in scaling application, infrastructure, and consulting capabilities. His past positions in the IT services industry included Chief Operating & Revenue Officer at a leading IT services company in the San Francisco Bay Area and Senior Advisor, Bain Capital, and member of the Executive Committee and EVP/General Manager of the Emerging Business Group at CSC, where he reported to the CEO and was responsible for all next-gen businesses. Prior to CSC, Ashish spent 11 years with Cognizant. The last position that he held there was SVP/Managing Director, Enterprise Application Services. A proud member of Microland's large club of returning employees, Ashish spent nine years with Microland early in his career, and launched Planetasia.com, India's first Internet Professional Services Company and a part of Microland, as Vice President.

Gopal Sharma

As the CIO, Gopal's core responsibilities include the design, architecture, and deployment of technologies to enable Microland to deliver the predictability, reliability, and stability in its internal IT operations that enable the acceleration of profound digital dexterity across client organizations. Gopal is a seasoned and accomplished leader with over 25 years of diversified experience in driving enterprise-wide business and digital transformation along with delivering large-scale global transformation programs. Prior to joining Microland, Gopal was with Accenture as Managing Director, Technology responsible for the Future Ready Applications Practice where he helped clients align their application portfolio strategy with their long-term technology strategy through application modernization and cloud migrations. At Accenture, where he served 14 years, Gopal was responsible for large independent business units across multiple delivery centers in the United States, India and China and setting up a new delivery center at Nashville, TN, USA. During his 14 years' association with Accenture, Gopal made a mark by leveraging technology and innovation to drive significant business outcomes for gaining competitive advantage. Prior to Accenture, Gopal has worked in different roles at Infosys, Tata Steel & IBM Global Services. Gopal is an Industrial Engineer from IIT Kharagpur, where he graduated at the top of his class.

Karthikeyan Krishnan

Karthikeyan Krishnan (KK) is responsible for growing and managing Microland's business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. A results-oriented technologist, Karthikeyan sees every conversation as an opportunity to learn about pain points that denigrate digital experiences and offer up innovative solutions to enhance reliability, predictability, stability, and security - enabling technology to do more and intrude less. Karthikeyan has been part of Microland since 2003, playing critical leadership roles globally. He has extensive experience as a strategic, operational, and functional lead in the IT outsourcing space. With his keen insight into the application of myriad technologies, Karthikeyan has spearheaded many global client engagements for Microland, deploying meaningful solutions for customers who are key strategic accounts today. Karthikeyan comes with more than 28 years of experience in technology consulting, training, and operations. Prior to joining Microland, he founded and successfully exited two ventures in IT hardware sales/support and IT training.

Navneet Khandelwal - CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Navneet is responsible for all of the company's Finance functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. He is also responsible for Administration, Legal, Procurement and Risk & Compliance functions of the company. His career spans more than 21 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Microland, Navneet was the CFO of Zensar Technologies, a listed IT services company for 4 years. Prior to joining Zensar, Navneet was with Wipro for 17 years and his last assignment was as the CFO for Wipro's Digital business and in addition to being the Strategic Finance Partner heading the Business Finance function for the Manufacturing and Healthcare businesses. He holds a graduate degree and is a certified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Pradeep Kar

Pradeep Kar founded Microland in 1989 and has not only set the foundation of excellence but has been a constant, guiding force for enabling enterprises adopt next-gen technologies to achieve the highest possible levels of reliability, stability, and predictability. In the rapidly changing business and technology landscape, he ensures that Microland is ‘Making digital happen' for clients and partners across the globe. A serial entrepreneur, Pradeep has founded and sold three technology companies, namely, Indya.com (sold to Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation), Planetasia.com (India's first Internet Professional Services Company) and Net Brahma Technologies. In 1999, the prestigious World Economic Forum recognized Pradeep as a ‘Global Leader for Tomorrow' as an acknowledgment of his leadership in the Indian IT industry. From 2006 through 2016, Pradeep served as a Non-Executive Director on the board of UBM plc - a leading business-to-business events organizer listed on the London Stock Exchange. Pradeep was on the Board of Telstra Telecommunications, India, from 2011 to 2021. Additionally, Pradeep has served as the First Chairman of the Governing Council of Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Bangalore for five years. Pradeep was also the President of The Indus Entrepreneurs' (TIE), Bangalore Chapter. Pradeep is the founding member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Bangalore Chapter. Since 2016, Pradeep has been a member of the Provost's Council for Trinity College Dublin. Founded in 1592, it is the sole constituent college of the University of Dublin, one of seven ancient universities of Britain and Ireland. Pradeep holds a postgraduate degree in Management and a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. His drive and talent were recognized and appreciated quite early in his career. He is a proud recipient of the ‘Young Business Achiever Award' from The Indian Express. He also featured in the esteemed Newsweek and Business India as one of the ‘Stars of Asia'. Robert Wysocki

Robert (Bob) Wysocki is the Client Solutions Leader for IT Networks and Cybersecurity. His responsibilities include driving innovation, incubating emerging technologies, and enabling customers to deploy key digital technologies for rapid business and operational transformation. Bob is a seasoned IT evangelist with over 30 years of industry experience, gained at Fortune 20 as well as start-up organizations. During his 16 years at General Electric (GE), as an executive in Corporate Shared Services IT, he drove strong business results in numerous disciplines of procurement, product management, engineering, operations, and financial management. Bob led the initial services definition of infrastructure for GE's Predix Cloud platform and most recently played a key role in executing GE's transformation of Edge Networking to enable their cloud-first strategy. Prior to GE, he also led technology and engineering leadership roles at Pilot Network Services and AT&T, architecting solutions with the commercial value of $1Billion. A recognized industry leader, Bob most recently co-chaired the ONUG Hybrid Cloud Working Group for which he received an award at ONUG Fall 2017 for leading the engagement of Cloud Services and Container Orchestration Providers to embrace enterprise IT requirements of their services. Bob graduated from Georgia Tech and holds a Masters in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Satish Sukumar

As SVP & Global Head - Platforms at Microland, Satish leads the Platforms Group which combines Microland consulting and delivery capabilities across IT automation, service management and next-gen technologies to form a new and agile business vertical that drives Microland's Platform-First approach. As the group head, Satish is responsible for designing and implementing Platform-First managed services across the full stack from apps to end-user experience. The group will focus on integrating best-of-breed platforms from partners with Microland IP to establish standard, data-centric Platforms, and building market differentiated solutions and as-a-service models. Beginning his career with Microland in the mid 90's, Satish has played various roles over his tenure with the company. In his last role as the Chief Automation Officer, Satish was instrumental in accelerating the adoption of embedded automation into Microland's IT management services and enabling clients to leverage actionable insights with Microland's automation solutions and platforms. Satish is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience, including as Vice President of Engineering at Veloz Global Solutions, Head of Technology for Planetasia.com - a Microland Group Company, and CTO of a leading IT education company. Satish has also co-founded two technology companies - the first one offering designed solution architectures for enterprises, and the second one providing learning technology platforms. Satish is a frequent speaker at various global industry forums. Satish has an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication from University of Bombay.

Sivakumar Thiyagarajan

Sivakumar Thiyagarajan is responsible for managing Microland's Strategic Alliances & Tech Industry vertical. Sivakumar joined Microland in 2013 and has been a visionary architect of deeply productive and rewarding relationships centered around the deployment of digital technologies, the development of high-performance teams, and enduring business value creation. Prior to Microland, as President of Managed Services, Sivakumar was instrumental in building the managed services business for a major US-based enterprise IT services company, based in bay area, CA. He was also responsible for driving sales and marketing, service delivery, business excellence, acquisitions, and alliances. Sivakumar has also held various operational and business development positions for a leading Indian IT services organization and was a key member in launching their global services business. Sivakumar holds a Bachelor degree in Physics and Engineering.

Sunil Sarat

He began his career with Microland in 2000 where he has played various roles including Service Delivery, Automation, Presales, Solutions, Technology & Practices. He was instrumental in setting up the Center of Innovation in Microland where Cloud, Mobility & End User Transformation solutions were incubated in 2011. His experience outside of Microland between 2016-2018 includes heading the Cloud & Platform Services Solutioning team of 200 global architects for one of the largest Global IT Services Company Sunil is a thought leader who has authored technical books & blogs and is a speaker at conferences. He is an award-winning filmmaker, specializing in short films & documentaries.

Vivek Radhakrishnan

Vivek has held several leadership positions with major IT services organizations managing all facets of business including Sales, Delivery, and Solution engineering. Vivek is a focused leader who is passionate about bringing high-growth strategies to his clients. He excels at executing complex global transformation programs by managing executive governance across the program lifecycle. Vivek is deeply committed to driving innovation and leading with thought leadership thereby helping clients meet their strategic objectives and exceed business goals. Vivek holds an MBA from the Ross School, University of Michigan, and a BS in Computer Engineering from Oakland University.
