Samuel L. Bolinger is licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana and has been doing so since 1987. He is also licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Claims, United States Court of International Trade, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Eight Circuits, the United States District Courts of Indiana, and Wisconsin, together conducting hearings and/or trial in over (42) forty two of the State of Indiana's 92 counties. Sam is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, American Inns of Court as a Master, (with the Benjamin Harrison Inn of Court), Association of American Trial Lawyers, and National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and a Federal Community Defender. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Fort Wayne Metropolitan Human Relations Commission, Allen County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and the United Hispanic Americans.
