Miss Samantha Bautista graduated from The University of Reading in 2017 with a PGDip in Physician Associate studies and qualified as a Physician Associate shortly after successfully passing her National Examinations with the Royal College of Physicians. Samantha also completed a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences at Sheffield Hallam University in 2015, which allowed her to train as a Physician Associate. She has spent the majority of her career in General Practice, with some years spent in Neurology at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, before joining the Rycote Practice in 2022.
Mr Michael Hutt graduated from Kings College London in 1996 and qualified in 1997. He has spent his career in community pharmacy mostly in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, before joining the Rycote Practice in 2020 as a clinical pharmacist.

As a Social Care Prescriber, Sarah has experience in signposting patients to the right organisations to make their social circumstances easier. This can include, respite care, benefits, help with addictions, hoarding, safeguarding conversations or lifestyle changes which will work towards better health choices in future. Sarah holds a Psychology Degree and has experience in working with older adults, prisoners and any social care issues.
