Job Titles:
- Residential Sales Manager
Caroline joined the company in 2002 as a sales negotiator having previously worked for another leading provincial estate agency.
Today she is responsible for the Banbridge Residential Team and ensures their continue success through excellent customer service and close attention to detail through each step of a client's property sale. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their young three children, fishing and walking the family dogs.
Christopher is an RICS member and RICS Registered Valuer. Prior to 'coming home' to Shooter, Christopher worked in DTZ's (and subsequently Cushman & Wakefield's) London office where he acted on behalf of some of the UK's largest property companies and pension funds advising on valuation, asset management and leasing. He then joined Savills Office Agency team in Dublin focusing on site acquisition and office leasing. In 2018 Christopher, a son of former partner Quentin, returned to the company bringing a wealth of experience to the business and he continues to lead the professional services, commercial and land departments within Shooter.
Away from the office Christopher is a keen golfer, and also enjoys cycling, hiking and skiing when the time allows!
Claire joined our Lisburn branch at its inception in 2004 as a Senior Sales Negotiator.
Claire had extensive previous experience within the industry having worked for a large multi-national estate agency in a similar role. Claire is very focused on customer service and believes communication is the key to the success of our Lisburn branch.
Outside work Claire and her husband Tony (our branch manager), and their two children love to enjoy the great outdoors spending time in the garden, barbequing and weekends away camping along with the odd family holiday to the sun.
Debbie primary role is home viewings, a roles she enjoys doing when the rest of us have normally gone home!
She loves to meet buyers and sellers in the evenings and throughout the day on a Saturday offering friendly, honest advice to all and providing the office-based team with feedback that is invaluable to our sellers and the entire sales process.
When not providing our 'out of hours' service Debbie enjoys mini breaks with her husband, as often as possible!
After graduating with a BSc in Housing Management from Ulster University, Gerry joined Shooter Property Services in 2015 where he worked in our Banbridge office as a Residential Sales Negotiator. He then took over as Head of New Homes before moving to the Newry Office where he looks after New Homes, Residential Sales and Lettings.
Gerry brings a particular expertise in new homes to Shooter Property Services and is excited to be back living and working in the Newry area where he grew up.
Overseeing accounts in Newry, Helen looks after day to day transactions for the business and for our ever growing rental department ensuring an effective and efficient service is provided to all our clients, new and longstanding... and always with a big smile!
Since the establishment of Shooter Property Services in Newry in 1990, Maurice has successfully managed the branch and provided a high quality, professional service to thousands of customers and clients. With Maurice's keen eye for attention to detail, he and his team have grown the business year on year providing an ever-expanding range of services that includes residential and commercial sales and lettings, building society agency for The Progressive and valuation reports for all manner of professional and secured lending purposes.
Away for the office Maurice is a family man and along with his wife Patricia has four children and two grandchildren to keep him busy, although sometimes he can be seen attending his second home, Newry Shamrocks GAC.
Norma joined the team in 2007 as our Book Keeper bringing a wealth of professional experience gained in Dublin and Belfast.
Based in Banbridge Office, Norma is responsible for the day to day financial operations of our sales, professional and property management teams in Lisburn & Banbridge and over the last year has helped to implement new technology and software systems that provide our both clients and ourselves with quicker and clearer, collection and payment solutions.

Rachel is an original member of our staff in Lisburn joining at its inception in 2004 as a receptionist/administrator.
As well as her office duties in Lisburn Rachel is the most knowledgeable of our computerised office systems and is constantly helping the rest of our team in Lisburn & Banbridge. She also plays an important role within our large and fast-growing property letting and management department ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained in providing advice, settlements and payments to our Landlords.
After graduating from Queen's University in 1994 with an Honours Degree in Economics, Raymond joined the company and whist learning the necessary skills needed to work in a provincial residential and commercial practice continued with his studies and further graduated with an Honours Degree in Estate Management form the University of Ulster in 1998.
Raymond became a Partner in the company 2001 and today is the Managing Partner of Shooter & Co (NI) LLP, trading as Shooter Property Services in Lisburn and Banbridge.
With over 25 years' experience, his range of expertise extends throughout the business working for individual and large corporate clients and regardless his focus is to provide a highly professional service with honesty, respect and customer service all paramount.
Away from work Raymond loves to spend time with his wife Julie and their three children. When not the nominated 'taxi driver' for his kids sports and social engagements, Raymond likes to spend time up at the North Coast where long windy and wet walks with the family dog are a must, he also enjoys getting down to the Kingspan Stadium for Ulster Rugby matches.

Samantha joined the company in 2002 on a training course as an administrator after leaving school, she quickly progressed to join our residential sales team before moving on to head up our residential letting business.
This division has grown exponentially over the last 10 years and Samantha has overseen a substantial investment by the company in specialised software, systems and practices to ensure smooth day to day operation, but above all else Samantha understands and values excellent customer service as a basic requirement to meet the needs of our Landlords and Tenants.
Tony Joined our Lisburn branch in 2011 as Branch Manager, Tony has 20 years' experience in the property market having started his career in estate agency for a large multi-national estate agency then moving onto a local estate agency as valuer then becoming Branch Manager before moving to Shooter Property Services.
Tony brings experience in both sales and rentals with customer service being paramount and a wealth of knowledge for the local area having grown up and lived in the area all of his life.
Outside of work Tony enjoys spending time with Claire and his two children enjoying family activities, weekends away and summer holidays, Tony follows local football and would regularly attend the National Stadium to watch Northern Ireland play along with helping out coaching at his sons football team.
