Formed in 2005, Regis Homes of Sacramento, LLC focuses on developing residential communities. With our predecessor company, we entitled more than 14,000 lots for development and built and sold almost 1,000 homes. Since 2015, our practice has emphasized entitling and developing land, where we find our background as a homebuilder a strategic asset. Our expertise includes master planning, land entitlements and CEQA, and building lots and infrastructure (including public financing districts). Typically, our work is done in conjunction with institutional partners and occasionally as a consultant to landowners.
