Baker Boucher was founded in 2012 by a group of experienced managers, all having a track record in resourcing IT talent and executives... Our vision is that IT resourcing should be similar to a Baker's job: simple reliable delivery, every day again, high quality, low pricing, no-nonse. Or a butcher's job. To emphasize the international character we've chosen the English Baker and the French butcher (boucher)... We believe in a cost effective and high quality approach to solve the IT talent shortage in Western Europe.
