PLANETEERS

The Planeteers are a group of environmentally concerned students who promote environmentally friendly practices at Roger Bacon High School. This group has pioneered an extensive recycling, repurposing, and composting initiative to help reduce the amount of waste generated on campus. Currently, we coordinate paper and plastic recycling as well as terracycling. This year, the Planeteers are investigating making RB a "Zero Waste" school. In the spirit of... St. Francis of Assisi, the Patron Saint of Ecology, the Planeteers develop a sense of environmental responsibility among the community of Roger Bacon.
