We know that getting through on the phone can be difficult, we are doing our very best to answer calls as quickly as possible so please bear with us. We understand that it can be very stressful however swearing at and being abusive to our receptionists is unacceptable. The Government has a Zero Tolerance Policy which is supported by the practice which says that GPs and their staff have a right to care for others without fear of being attacked or abused.
