Alicia Wilson

Alicia joined Inwood Holdings in 2013 as an Assistant Manager at Lullwater at Calumet Apartment Homes. She was promoted to Property Manager before assuming the current role of Director of Operations and Human Resources. Alicia's responsibilities include employee onboarding, payroll, and administration of the company's health benefits and 401 (k) programs. She is also the Special Olympics Volunteer Coordinator and Return-to-Work Coordinator for employees in workman's comp situations. Mrs. Wilson holds both an Associates of Science Degree and an Associates Degree of Art.

Haley Andrews

Haley joined Woodward Management in 2015 as a Leasing Specialist at Timothy Woods Apartment Homes. She was promoted to Assistant Community Director, then Community Director before assuming the current role of Investor Relations. Haley's responsibilities include quarterly investment reporting, fund management and investor relations.

John Atkinson

John Atkinson joined Inwood Holdings in 2019 with responsibility for the development and execution of capital projects for all Inwood Holdings' properties, along with those properties managed by Inwood's property management subsidiary, Woodward Management Partners. Prior to joining Woodward Management Partners, John served as the Senior Project Manager at Southcore Construction and GDE Renovations where he was responsible for preparing major renovation bids, giving consultative sales presentations, facilitating due-diligence, and managing various contractors and vendors. He gained his multi-family experience over twelve years at Steven D. Bell & Company, starting as a Maintenance Supervisor before transitioning to a role as Regional Maintenance Director. In this role, he created budgets and scopes of work for capital projects and interior renovations and coordinated all outside contractors.

Kelley Gibson - CFO

Kelley Gibson joined Woodward in February 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. She is primarily responsible for investor reporting, evaluating the financial benefit of capital improvement projects, and monitoring the operating performance of our properties. She also assists in the evaluation of potential new investments and participates in our due diligence and closing activities. Prior to joining Inwood, Ms. Gibson was the Vice President of Accounting and Finance with The Life Property Management. Over her 5 1/2-year tenure, she helped the start-up company grow from 904 units to 9,920 units. Her primary responsibilities were recording acquisitions, refinance and recap deals, dispositions, and quarterly distributions through the entity's waterfalls. She also managed the property accounting department, monthly reporting to investors and lenders, audits, tax returns and K-1's. On the corporate side of the business, she oversaw payroll, employee expense reimbursement, and acted as the liaison with HR and employee insurance support. Prior to TLPM, Ms. Gibson was the Corporate Controller for Transwestern for 8 years, Accounting Manager for IDI for 9 years and Accounting Manager for Insignia for 7 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf, beach trips and Georgia football games. Ms. Gibson received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Southern University.

Kelli Stiehl - EVP

Kelli Stiehl joined Inwood in March 2018 and has primary responsibility for executing the operational strategies of Inwood's wholly owned property management subsidiary, Woodward Management Partners. Prior to joining Inwood, Kelli spent six years as Senior Director of Operations for Chartwell Holdings, LLC where she developed the operating and training platform, assisting in the growth of the company's 7,000 multi-family units. She oversaw assets and regional operations in seven states from Massachusetts to Florida, primarily in the Southeast region. Prior to Chartwell Holdings, Kelli served as Director of Operations in the start-up of the Atlanta Greystar office in 2005. Starting with three properties, the office grew to 47 properties in seven years. She served as lead Director for Atlanta owned Greystar Investment Group assets. She also served on the policy and procedures committees for Greystar National and Bell Partners. Kelli has extensive experience in value-add, new construction lease-up, mid-rise, high-rise and stabilized assets. She holds her CPM designation from IREM.

Porter Lummus - Chairman, Founder, President

Porter Lummus is the founder and President of Inwood Holdings. He also serves as the Chief Investment Officer with responsibility for sourcing and financing the company's investment transactions. Prior to forming Inwood Holdings, Mr. Lummus was one of four founding partners at Centennial Investment Properties. He served as Chief Investment Officer at Centennial where he acquired and financed over 3,100 units with a total capitalization exceeding $315,000,000. Before starting Centennial, Mr. Lummus was an investment officer for AMLI Residential, a NYSE traded REIT. It was during this time that he closed the largest single apartment transaction in the history of Georgia in April of 2004. Mr. Lummus' other private investment experience came as Director of Acquisitions at Pritzker Residential. During this time, he had nationwide responsibility for multi-family acquisitions as the company grew from 6,500 units to more than 13,000 units over a five-year period. Mr. Lummus has served on the Board of Directors of the National Multi-Housing Council, the Georgia Apartment Association, and the Atlanta Apartment Association. He is also a licensed broker in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Louisiana; and holds a CCIM designation from the National Association of Realtors.

Shannon Fields

Shannon Fields joined Inwood in September 2017 as Vice President of Investment Management and was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2020. She is primarily responsible for investor reporting, evaluating the financial benefit of capital improvement projects, and monitoring the operating performance of our properties. She also assists in the evaluation of potential new investments, and participates in our due diligence and closing activities. Prior to joining Inwood, Ms. Fields held several different roles with Jones Lang LaSalle over her 16-year tenure. She joined the JLL Capital Markets team after the firm purchased Primary Capital Advisors in April 2011. Initially, she assumed the role as a Controller based in the Atlanta office and then transitioned to an Operations role. Shannon was responsible for overseeing the accounting and operations for the Freddie Mac Multifamily lending business as well as operations liaison for the entire Atlanta Capital Markets team. She played an integral role in the production, closing, servicing, and asset management departments. In 2015, she became head of Compliance for a newly formed JLL Multifamily Agency lending group. Prior to the acquisition of Primary Capital, she served as that company's Controller and was responsible for both the commercial and residential lending divisions. She was involved in every facet of the business including production, servicing, and warehousing. During her time at Primary Capital, they experienced tremendous growth in both production and servicing and became one of Atlanta's top commercial mortgage banking firms. Shannon Fields began her career in public accounting arena where she worked as a CPA for 5 years managing audits and tax preparation for clients. Ms. Fields is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Valdosta State University.
