As Iron Mountain's executive vice president and chief financial officer, Barry A. Hytinen has overall responsibility for the company's financial management and financial operations. He has served as Iron Mountain's CFO since January 1, 2020.
Prior to joining Iron Mountain, he served as executive vice president and CFO at HanesBrands since October 2017, where he has helped diversify the company's business model and offerings to achieve sustainable results in an evolving global retail environment. From June 1999, Mr. Bailey served in various roles of EDCI Holdings, Inc. ("EDCI") which was taken private in 2010 and was dissolved as of September 2020. Mr. Bailey served as EDCI's director from June 1999 to September 2020 and as its chief executive officer from July 2009 to September 2020. Mr. Bailey also served as chief executive officer of EDCI from November 2003 to November 2006. In addition, Mr. Bailey served as a director of SMTC Corporation, a publicly held company, from June 2011 to April 2021 and as its non-executive chairman from April 2014 to April 2021. He also served as executive chairman and interim chief financial officer of SMTC Corporation from May 2013 to April 2014. Deborah Marson is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Iron Mountain. She is responsible for all legal matters including privacy and compliance, and leads the Corporate Affairs functions, which includes both Global Communications and the company's agenda for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) sustainability. She joined Iron Mountain in 2009 as Vice President of Commercial Contracts for North America.
Prior to Iron Mountain, Marson spent 27 years with The Gillette Company, where she served as Deputy General Counsel. Her experience working for multinational organizations like Iron Mountain and Gillette give her a global point of view and expertise in creating and expanding worldwide practices. Marson's work, which spans North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and Europe often focuses on complex, multi-country strategic initiatives. As a trained lawyer with more than 30 years of corporate experience, she is able to understand the complex business implications of law and policy.
Marson serves as the Clerk of the Iron Mountain Charitable Foundation and the Richard Reese Employee Relief Fund. She is a Trustee at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and is a member of the Suffolk University Law School Dean's Advisory Board.

Mr. Simons served as president and chief executive officer of Weyerhaeuser Co. ("Weyerhaeuser"), a publicly held timber REIT, from August 2013 until his retirement in December 2018. Prior to this role, Mr. Simons served as chairman and chief executive officer of Temple-Inland, a publicly held corrugated packaging and building products company, from December 2007 to February 2012. Mr. Simons has served on the board of directors of Fiserv, Inc., a publicly held global provider of financial services technology, since 2007. Edward E. Greene is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Iron Mountain. Previously he served as Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources for Retirement Solutions, Operations and Information Technology at Voya Financial and spent 13 years at Fidelity Investments in senior HR and client-facing relationship management roles.

As EVP and Chief Commercial Officer, Greg has global responsibility for Iron Mountain's commercial functions and all aspects of the company's most important customer relationships, including positioning its new and emerging solutions to meet customers' evolving digital requirements.
Before assuming this role, Greg led Iron Mountain's Consumer business and held global responsibility for new product introduction, pricing strategy and customer insights in support of the growth objectives of the business. He joined Iron Mountain in 2014 as the SVP and GM of the Canadian RIM business.
A commercially-focused executive, Greg has experience in many aspects of business and product strategy, business development and general management. Greg brings an extensive background in B2B solution selling and technology services to his role. Before joining Iron Mountain, Greg was a Co-Founder and President of Cyence International, a B2B technology startup that grew to 185 employees. After completing a successful sale to a large Financial Services Technology (Fintech) provider, Greg held several senior positions including General Manager and EVP, Account Management. Ms. Allerton has more than 40 years of information technology experience, most recently as chief information officer at F. Hoffmann-La Roche ("Roche") in Switzerland with responsibility for information technology strategy and operations for the pharmaceutical division and all group information technology operations from June 2002 to July 2012. Prior to Roche, Ms. Allerton served from May 1999 to June 2002 as Technology Director at Barclaycard in the United Kingdom with responsibility for fraud operations and information technology. Ms. Allerton currently serves on the board of directors of Sandvik AB, a global engineering company, Aveva plc, an engineering design and information management solutions firm for plant, power and marine industries and Barclays Bank Ireland (Barclays Europe), a European bank. John "JT" Tomovcsik is Iron Mountain's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, leading multiple functions on a global basis in addition to the company's "Summit" transformation journey, designed to increase overall agility and pace, to better innovate and serve our customers.
Tomovcsik is an industry veteran in records management, data management, secure destruction and digital solutions who has served several roles at Iron Mountain, including Executive Vice President and general manager of Records and Information Management in North America, Chief Operating Officer for North America and Executive Vice President of Data Management. Mark Kidd is executive vice president and general manager of the Iron Mountain Data Centers and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) business units. Mark has led the data center organization since its inception in 2013 and additionally took over the ALM organization in early 2023. Mark is responsible for driving growth across the data centers and ALM platforms, including setting strategic direction, leading commercial efforts, and developing expansion opportunities. Prior to his current role, Mark was senior vice president of Enterprise Strategy where he worked alongside the executive team to shape the overall company strategy, directed various internal consulting projects to enhance business unit planning, and managed the Office of the CEO. Over his 19-year tenure with Iron Mountain, Mark has held four additional positions in strategic planning, portfolio management, capital investments, and financial analysis. Major General Raymond C. Fox, USMC (Ret) is responsible for the management, governance, and assessment of accountability for risk across Iron Mountain. He also has oversight of the Board Risk & Safety Committee, which oversees our Enterprise Risk Management framework. Prior to this position, Fox led Iron Mountain's strategic business development for emerging business and the government services organization, responsible for identifying and driving growth and value creation initiatives. He joined Iron Mountain after a distinguished career of more than 30 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he completed his military service as the Commanding General, II Marine Expeditionary Force and Commander Marine Forces Africa.
During his service career, Fox has held both staff and leadership roles, including combat operations during Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. In his last command, he was responsible for the welfare, training and logistics support for more than 58,000 Marines and Sailors, deployed around the world.
Fox has logged over 5,000 hours in Marine and Navy aircraft since receiving his commission through the Platoon Leaders Class and receiving his Naval Aviator designation. Ted MacLean leads Iron Mountain's global Adjacent Business group, building and managing new storage and logistics businesses in specialized markets including the fine arts, media, entertainment and luxury goods segments. Ted joined Iron Mountain in 2014 as Chief Marketing Officer from Microsoft, where he held multiple customer and partner-facing general manager roles, most recently leading growth strategies in emerging markets. He was recruited to Microsoft from his role as CEO of a start-up software firm focused on the insurance underwriting process. Prior to that, he held roles at management consultancies AT Kearney and KPMG, and spent his early career in Japan. Ted holds an MBA from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a BA in Asian History from Carleton College. Mr. Samuels has more than 35 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently serving as President of Capital Guardian Trust Company, a subsidiary of Capital Group, one the largest investment management firms in the world, from 2010 to 2016. During his career, Mr. Samuels was an investor at Capital Group and served on numerous management and investment committees from 1981 to 2017. Mr. Samuels currently serves as the Lead Independent Director of Bristol-Myers Squibb and as an independent director of Centene Corporation. Mr. Rakowich served as chief executive officer of Prologis Inc. ("Prologis"), a publicly held logistics real estate investment trust ("REIT"), from November 2008 through June 2011, when Prologis merged with AMB Property Corporation (with the merged company being named Prologis), after which he assumed the role of co-chief executive officer and served as a member of the Prologis board of directors until he retired in December 2012. Mr. Rakowich held a number of senior management positions while at Prologis before becoming chief executive officer, including managing director and chief financial officer from December 1998 to January 2005 and president and chief operating officer from January 2005 to November 2008. Mr. Rakowich served on the Prologis board of trustees from January 2005 through June 2011. William Meaney is president and CEO of Iron Mountain, an information management and data center company and a member of the S&P 500, and serves as a director on the company's board. He previously served as CEO of The Zuellig Group, a $12 billion primarily business-to-business conglomerate based in China - Hong Kong S.A.R. that saw sales triple during his tenure from August 2004-March 2012.
Prior to leading The Zuellig Group, Meaney spent a number of years in the airline industry, serving as the chief commercial officer and managing director of publicly-traded Swiss International Airlines from December 2002 to January 2004 and executive vice president of South African Airways from 1998 to 2001.
Earlier in his career, Meaney served as: the acting CEO of South African Vaccine Producers; the founder and managing director of Genhro Management Consultancy; and a principal of Strategic Planning Associates, now part of Oliver Wyman. Meaney's first career was as a CIA operations officer.
He is a member of the Asia Business Council, The Council on Foreign Relations, and he holds a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master's in industrial administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
