Pat Cardenas, Cofounder and partner at ROC Advertising brings over 35 years in the area of business ownership/management, sales training, advertising and consulting. The time and experience have been in three different industries with the last eleven years in the hearing healthcare industry.
During these last eleven years, he has worked with manufacturers, practice owners, directors of operations, providers and front office staffs all over the country. Pat has a deep understanding of the concerns and challenges that Hearing Centers encounter with marketing and selling, while understanding the difference between a patient and a consumer.
Tracy Cannon is a Promotional Coordinator for ROC Advertising and handles the Central, South Central and West regions. She has 28+ years of experience in marketing, advertising and sales in the direct mail industry and has held jobs as a client service account specialist, sales coordinator, and account executive.
She is very detailed, takes pride in her work and handles stress with ease. Tracy is super positive and always has a smile on her face.
