Bryan Gonzales joined Digicel Group in August 2022 as Chief People Officer. No stranger to the business, Bryan has spent the past 12 years working with Digicel in the Human Resources function and first started in 2009 as Human Resources & Facilities Director in Digicel Haiti. Over the years, he has also served as Human Resources & Corporate Affairs Director, Head of People Operations, and Director of Human Resources Haiti & Group Industrial Relations. Doing double duty, Bryan is also a long-standing member of the Digicel Business Continuity Management team, making sure that in the event of a crisis, Digicel is well equipped and ready to roll when needed. Prior to joining Digicel, Bryan worked with Compagnie des Tabacs Comme Il Faut in Haiti. With a background in general operations, supply chain management, human resources, risk management, and business continuity, and a founding member of several startups, Bryan has spent 20+ years working across industries to recognise and promote a culture of openness, innovation, and quality, while maintaining the focus on people.

Conor O'Dea

Conor is a Chartered Accountant, having worked with Deloitte in Ireland and KPMG in the Cayman Islands. Subsequently, he held Senior Executive leadership positions for over 20 years with Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Ltd, a NYSE-listed bank headquartered in Bermuda and operating globally. Conor was a Director of the bank and Chairman of the Risk Committee of the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Ltd from 2016-2021. Conor has extensive Caribbean and global financial services experience. He has been resident in the Cayman Islands since 1985 and has held various voluntary positions as Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and the Bankers Association. He is presently Chairman of Cayman Finance which is the leading association for the Financial Services Industry in Cayman. He also holds directorships of several private companies operating in the insurance and media industries. Conor is the current Chairman of the Board of Digicel Cayman Limited. He is also Chairman of the Board of Prism Services Holdings Limited, Digicel's Mobile Financial Services Group.

Daven Govender, Digicel's Group Chief Customer Officer, has responsibility for the end-to-end customer experience across all Digicel's markets in the Caribbean, Central America and the Pacific. He started with Digicel in 2015 as Head of Customer Care - Mobile, TV and BPO in Papua New Guinea. And after spending almost five years in various roles in PNG, he relocated to Jamaica to serve as Group Director Customer Operations. Prior to joining Digicel, Daven worked as Programme Manager - Enterprise Business at Vodacom in South Africa, and also spent time working with South African Airways and Carphone Warehouse. He attended University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB) where he did a degree in Business Administration and Management.

Denis O'Brien founded Digicel in 2001 and has served as the company's Chairman of the board since the company's inception. Digicel is a Digital Operator, that under Denis's leadership, gained its first 100,000 customers in just three months. Within five years, Denis helped Digicel expand to more than 16 Caribbean countries, serving more than 1.5 million customers with more than 1,500 employees. Today, the company provides a full range of telecommunication services-including mobile, television, internet, home entertainment, and business solutions-to 32 markets across the Caribbean, Central America and Asia Pacific. Throughout the development and growth of Digicel, Mr O'Brien has focused on bringing modern communications technology to underserved and remote communities around the world. His guidance has helped Digicel become a leader in opening previously closed or stagnant markets, ultimately driving down prices and delivering valuable services to consumers. As chairman, he continues to push for new ways that Digicel can help customers around the world with unique, competitive telecom technology. Denis O'Brien exhibits the true spirit of philanthrocapitalism-helping people improve their lives through the use of open, liberal marketplaces. In addition to providing emerging markets with access to reliable, inexpensive telecommunications technology, Denis actively participates in philanthropic giving and supports charitable causes across all of the areas that Digicel operates. In addition to founding Digicel Group, Mr O'Brien is the founder and a patron of the Digicel Foundation in Jamaica, Haiti, Papua New Guinea and Trinidad & Tobago. In these areas, he and the Digicel Foundation focus on helping communities with education, special needs, and community development. Interventions from the Digicel Foundation have provided help to more than 3 million people through 2,618 projects costing a total of US$156 million. Some of the projects Mr. O'Brien has supported through the Digicel Foundation include: Mr O'Brien was elected Chairman of the Clinton Global Initiative's Haiti Action Network, which addresses the damages caused by hurricanes and the 2010 earthquake. Mr O'Brien has driven donor commitments to country-wide reconstruction efforts and has received recognition for his work in aiding Haiti recover from the aftermath of natural disasters. Mr O'Brien received the Clinton Global Citizen Award, the National Order of Honour and Merit and the title of Goodwill Ambassador.
