Connxus is a nonprofit alliance of health care providers in Central Texas dedicated to collecting, analyzing and sharing health information to improve healthcare quality and cost efficiency across the continuum of care... One of the Connxus's primary functions is the operation and management of a regional Health Information Exchange called the ICare system. Through the analysis of clinical data in the ICare system, Connxus is able to identify needs in the Central Texas health care system and create programs to improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations... Driven by innovation and a deep-rooted commitment to community well-being, we're shaping a healthier, more connected future, rewriting the narrative of health as more than an annual visit to a provider.
