Riva Sweetrocket has been drawing, painting and designing her entire life. She holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she studied art and psychology. After operating a graphic design studio for almost a decade, she dove fully into fine art with pastels as a primary focus. Influenced by her background in print design, Sweetrocket's visual sensibility is highly iconographic. Her large-scale allegorical paintings have been exhibited widely and received substantial critical acclaim. Sweetrocket's work is represented in public, private and corporate collections, and featured in numerous publications. She currently resides in New England where she continues to pursue her creative endeavors... Riva Sweetrocket is a contemporary American artist.
