• Chief Commercial Officer

Aidan is our CCO and is responsible for all aspects of the commercial and contractual administration of projects within the business. The Mainline Commercial team, guided by Aidan, ensures that we deliver our client projects in a cost-effective and efficient manner, meeting all technical requirements and making sure that our clients have the data they need to inform their commercial decisions. This makes it possible for our Operations team to complete work on site within scheduled timeframes. Aidan also places a lot of emphasis on creating enduring bonds with our clients and has a strong focus on business development activities within Mainline. Aidan has worked on high-profile projects all over the world and has more than 15 years of experience managing international contracts and commercial activities for high-risk Oil & Gas, renewables, healthcare, and mining projects. He combines a thorough understanding of several industries and regions such as the Middle East, Africa, Asian and the Americas, with a solid understanding of commercial/contract management, construction law and engineering principles. He is a graduate of Munster Technological University, King's College London and Oxford University and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Aiden has been advising the Board of Mainline since December 2021, and brings a creative contribution, independent oversight and constructive challenge to Mainline, as well as leading the Lean Implementation Sub-committee. Aidan is currently the Head of Operations Ireland & U.K. for DPS Group Life Sciences Division, encompassing over 650 team members, where he implemented a reconfiguration of the Cork and Dublin Offices, into a Lean Construction Engineering EPCMV delivery office. Part of Aiden's strategic focus involves empowering high performing teams, and he has successfully introduced several Lean tools including Target Value Design (TVD) and Last Planner methodologies for project delivery. Aiden brings a vast amount of experience in large scale project delivery having worked for over 35 years in Program & Project Management, Engineering and Construction on diverse capital projects within the Pharmaceutical, Power, Aviation, Telecommunications and Petrochemical sectors, throughout Ireland, North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Aidan holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering and Masters in Business Administration, as well as a Lean Construction Green Belt, and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.

Jamie our CEO has overseen the growth of Mainline into a key industry provider in the renewable energy and engineering sectors. Jamie's is focused on delivering quality projects that matter, via the safest means, in support of Mainline customers across various geographies. Jamie is also very much focused on Business Development and delivery of Mainline's ambitious growth strategy. Jamie was appointment CEO in 2020, after 9 years as MD. Having started with Mainline in 2002 as Commercial Manager, on the 30m plus Cork Main Drainage Project, Jamie progressed to National Operations Manager. Prior to this Jamie worked with Pearse Construction, and Bord Gáis, as well as spending four years with Insitu-Pipelines in South Africa as Operations Manager. Jamie holds Bachelor Degrees in Mathematics and Civil Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and is a Member of Engineers Ireland, as well as a Deloitte Best Managed Company CEO, and an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist.

Jill our CFO is responsible for several key functions within the business including Finance, HR and IT. Jill is focused on scaling these functions within Mainline to deliver a multinational shared service approach focused on continuous improvement and business partnership, thereby ensuring the seamless delivery of service to our Clients. Jill delivers financial control, planning and analysis to the Group ensuring we are correctly positioned to deliver our client projects, as well as our ambitions growth plans. Jill provides leadership in financial systems and compliance, while optimising tax planning and grants. Jill joined Mainline in 2018 as CFO. Jill has over 25 years' experience in Audit, Internal Audit , Shared Services , Financial Reporting , FP&A and Cost Accounting with companies such as EY, Dairygold , EMC and Boston Scientific . Jill is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Pat is our CTO and is responsible for a number of key functions across the business including Engineering, Design, Quality and Operational Safety Compliance. He helps identify and develop solutions to meet Client needs and ensures that all of the delivery and supporting teams have a clear understanding of the requirements and expectations of the Client. This helps ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and on budget. Pat is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the engineering & construction industry. At Parsons, he successfully led the delivery of large scale electric transmission projects in the US Northeast. He has also previously worked for such firms as AECOM, ESBI and SUIR Engineering delivering complex engineering, procurement and construction services for a range of energy and industrial end clients. Pat holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from University College Cork and is a member of the Institution of Engineering & Technology, as well as the Project Management Institute.
