At Burnsall Primary School we encourage children to immerse themselves in learning opportunities that inspire them. We are passionate about nurturing children so that they flourish into a caring, confident and resilient young person who has a love of learning... We pride ourselves on our knowledge of our children. We work hard to know every child, to know their strengths, interests and next steps, so that learning is always challenging and exciting... Our idyllic rural location accommodates a large playground with access to a range of equipment in our large outdoor shed. We have planters in which we grow our own fruit and vegetables. Younger children have a large garden area, partially covered, where they can enjoy a range of activities. Indoors, children feel at home in three large, traditional classrooms full of character. We have a school hall and a library, well stocked with recent and classic books. We also have access to the village hall and a nearby playing field which we use..
