Property Tax Alliance (PTA) was established and incorporated in the State of Texas in very early 2001. The original founding corporate owners, the late Robert L. Schlabach, Lavonne Schlabach Ohnheiser, and Ronda Jean Zaiontz collectively brought over 100 years of property tax experience to the company... PTA operates under a strong philosophy which can be summed up as 'Endeavor Absolutely for Excellence' for every client. Mistakes and under-performing are not in our work principles. The commitment that each member of staff at PTA has made to the clients require knowledge of the laws, both local and US, good communication skills, accuracy, and proficiency. PTA currently represents clients in 36 states and Washington DC... PTA adheres to strict internal payment procedures including verification of the finalized value and due date to ensure that every account is paid in a timely manner.
