Iver Consulting Ltd was established in 2006. Born out of a desire to provide a development consultancy service, we are primarily targeted at the residential development sector in the south east of England to source, appraise and secure development opportunities for our clients. Iver Consulting acts for a range of clients, from house-builders to property investors who seek to add value to properties through the planning process... Iver Consulting was established by Huw Williams who in 1992 became a Chartered Town Planner. Since working for Monmouth Borough Council in the early 1990's Huw has occupied a number of senior land buying roles for various house-builders, including Ideal Homes, Barratts, Wilcon Homes and Taylor Wimpey. Over this time Huw has been able to develop an extensive network of contacts to provide quality development opportunities to our clients...
