Chris Osteen has a Master's degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. He came to the profession after eleven years as Branch Manager and Officer of a large San Diego savings and loan association. Chris has been actively involved in real estate management and sales in San Diego County since 1977. As a real estate broker, he offers an extensive and comprehensive level of service to the owners and investors served by Brentwood Management Company. Chris has chaired the Property Management Committee and Common Interest Committee of the California Association of REALTORS®.

Nancy Dandrea joined Brentwood Management Company in 1989, with several years of prior experience. She has been a Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) since 1996, and holds a Real Estate Sales license. Currently Nancy oversees 12 class A, B, and C apartment communities. She hires, trains, and supervises fifteen on-site managers, in addition to office staff, and maintenance personnel.
