Aaron Lewis serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Lifepoint Health. He oversees all financial operations and provides healthcare finance leadership for the company. He also oversees information technology, development and Lifepoint's shared services structure, called Enterprise Business Services. Additionally, Aaron plays a vital role in the Lifepoint Forward innovation strategy, which focuses on deploying strategies, technologies and solutions to transform the way we deliver care. Aaron most recently served as executive vice president, growth and integrated solutions. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing growth and outreach, business transformation and physician services; directing organic growth opportunities and strategic partnerships across Lifepoint's communities; and overseeing integrated solutions functions, including marketing, development, information technology and innovation. Before this, Aaron served as senior vice president, Care Continuum and Business Transformation. Before joining Lifepoint, Aaron served in multiple roles for RCCH HealthCare Partners, including senior vice president of Strategic Growth and vice president, Operations and Strategic Alignments. He also held operational and development roles with Vanguard Health Systems, after beginning his career in investment banking with Merrill Lynch. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.

David Dill is chairman and chief executive officer of Lifepoint Health. In this role, he is responsible for the development and oversight of Lifepoint's strategic priorities and organizational growth, advancing the company's mission and strengthening its culture enterprise-wide. He joined Lifepoint in 2007 as executive vice president and chief financial officer before serving in his most recent role as president and chief operating officer from 2009 to 2018. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its footprint to 87 hospital campuses, with revenue growing from $3 billion in 2009 to more than $8 billion in 2018, and enhanced its focus on quality and patient safety. Before joining Lifepoint, David was executive vice president of Fresenius Medical Care North America and chief executive officer in the East Division of Fresenius Medical Care Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA. David is a former chairman of the board for the Federation of American Hospitals (FAH) and currently serves as a member of the FAH's board and Executive Committee. He also serves on the American Hospital Association's Health Systems Committee. He is immediate past chair of the board of directors for the Nashville Health Care Council and remains an active board member. Additionally, he serves as a director on the board of the American Heart Association's Greater Southeast Affiliate and is a member of the board of trustees for the Murray State University Foundation.

As executive vice president, chief operating officer, Jason leads operations for Lifepoint's key lines of business, including acute care hospital operations, rehabilitation, behavioral health operations, quality and clinical support, and Medical Group Services. Zachariah most recently served as president, integrated solutions, a role in which he led rehabilitation and behavioral health operations, joint venture services, physician services, information technology, marketing, business transformation and development initiatives. Before joining Lifepoint, he served as president and chief operating officer (COO) of Kindred Healthcare, where he led the company's hospital division, rehabilitation services and behavioral health operations. Prior to that, he served as president of Kindred's rehabilitation services and in various roles in the company's hospital division, including COO and executive director for the division's California/Arizona district. During his tenure with Kindred, he drove a culture of patient advocacy, quality outcomes, employee engagement and operational efficiency and demonstrated a passion for innovation, care enhancement and diversity, equity and inclusion. He earned his MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a master's degree in biotechnology from Northwestern and a bachelor's degree with distinction in biology and a chemistry minor from Duke University.

In her role as executive vice president, chief administrative and legal officer, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing the Lifepoint Legal department and leading several other key departments, including Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Insurance Claims and Risk Solutions, Audit Assurance, People Services and HR and Drug Diversion Prevention. From a legal standpoint, she represents the company's interests in all legal matters impacting the organization; provides strategic legal guidance to the company's senior leadership and board of directors; oversees the company's corporate governance work; and ensures the delivery of consistent legal guidance across the organization and in each of the communities Lifepoint serves. Jennifer also oversees Lifepoint's enterprise risk management program and infrastructure, bringing together the significant functions in the organization responsible for helping to manage and reduce risk and deploying an enterprise risk management strategy nationwide. Additionally, Jennifer is responsible for spearheading the transformation of our people services and HR function to ensure successful organizational alignment with our enterprise risk management strategy and with Enterprise Business Services, the infrastructure developed to support Lifepoint's enterprise resource planning (ERP) and shared services. During her tenure at Lifepoint, she has served in several other leadership roles, including as executive vice president and general counsel, and senior vice president, chief operations counsel. Before joining Lifepoint, Jennifer served as general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer for Simplex Healthcare, and vice president and associate general counsel at Community Health Systems prior to that. She also served as vice president and was part of the senior leadership team at a York, Pennsylvania hospital for six years. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in health law from the University of Maryland School of Law, her master's degree in healthcare and finance management from the Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health and her bachelor's degree from Buffalo State University.
