PADDY O'RYAN

Our Kitchen uses pork which comes from the Kempenar in Echtenerbrug. The animals roam freely and enjoy a good life. Like the farmer said "They have a good life and we have a delicious piece of meat". Nowadays our famous Paddy Burger consist of 100 gr. beef meat and 80 gr. oyster mushrooms. These grow on coffee ground which we save for Fungie Fryslan. In this way we reduce just a bit of CO2 production... Paddy O'Ryan. Leeuwardens Irish pub where you can enjoy our home-cooked food, from an English breakfast to a hearty meal.
