Our goal is to restore a rich brewing tradition that once permeated the state of Iowa. Dubuque was the O.G. of craft beer in the state of Iowa in the early 1900s. Prohibition crashed the craft beer culture within the breweries that we once loved and adored... We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and years of experience combined. We push the boundaries of progress in an effort to discover fresh and innovative techniques utilizing technology and science to craft our food, drinks and entertainment... 7 Hills Brewing Company is a Dubuque-based brewery and restaurant that is restoring the rich brewing tradition that once permeated the state of Iowa. Craft Beer is not our only passion. Our kitchen is no stranger to one-off food concepts, infusing craft beer in our barbecue and cheese sauces, barrel aging hot sauces, maple syrups, coffee beans.
