Evergreen Woods was founded to help people live longer, healthier and happier lives. We want people to age in place and be able to stay in their home, whether an apartment or a cottage home, without having to go to institutional care... As a life plan retirement community, Evergreen Woods offers a full range of Care Services. When you join our community, you pay one up-front cost that covers Independent Living as well as any Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing or Short-Term Rehab you might use in the future. Members take comfort knowing all these services are available under one roof, because if their needs ever change as they age, Evergreen Woods will have them covered... Evergreen Woods has on-site rehabilitation services. We provide physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy, both for members of our communities as well as outside guests.
