Bob has over 30 years' experience in the vocational education and training sector, including both public and private providers. Initially, as TAFE SA Director of Learning Resource, Bob was able to utilise his extensive training and research on the design and development of learning systems and resources and for a time was appointed Director of the then Port Adelaide TAFE College. It was while in this position that Bob was "head hunted" by the SA fishing industry to establish the Australian Fisheries Academy, later re-named the Australian Maritime and Fisheries Academy reflecting the change in its client base. Over his career, Bob has developed as a politically astute Chief Executive Officer with a passion for the design and development of learning delivery systems that will enable students to gain valuable outcomes and assist them to pursue a career at sea. Bob also enjoys strategic planning, organisational development and managing organisational cultural change. Bob has a Diploma in Agriculture, Diploma of Teaching, Graduate Diploma in Educational Technology and Diploma of Training and Assessment. David Cockram

With experience in industries including; recruitment, training, local government, aviation and health services. David has developed a diverse range of skills but enjoys specialising in strategic planning, organisational development, acquisitions, negotiations, leadership programs and culture change initiatives. David Fitzgerald

Dave has over 35 years experience in the training arena across a diverse range of industry sectors including; Construction, Defence, and Public Administration (SafeWork SA). For the last 16 years Dave has held various leadership roles predominantly within the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector. Holding diploma qualifications in Vocational Education, Training and Assessment, Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), Management & Government Dave is also a Lead Auditor for WHS & ISO:9001.

Lynne Austin

Lynne has over 30 years' experience in leadership roles, predominantly within the VET sector and was instrumental in the fledgling years of Adelaide Training and Employment Centre (then Port Adelaide Training and Development Centre) from 1990. Throughout this time she has played key roles in general and Executive Management, leading ATEC in the provision of services to industry, the government and the South Australian community as a whole. As ATEC's current Chief Executive Officer, a position she has held since 2010, Lynne is a recognised leader within the VET sector, one who enjoys inspiring others to achieve optimum performance through mentoring. Throughout her career with ATEC, Lynne has always held a trusted and significant position reporting to the Board of Management primarily on the organization's financial position and quality and training services delivery. Mark Gorringe

Mark Gorringe: Has 13 years of experience at management level in automotive sector along with 13 years of experience in management in the tertiary education sector and subsequently a general management role in the vocational education/training sector. Mark has held an Academic Role in the area of Management and taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. This experience has enabled him to publish and present papers both nationally and internationally. Mark regularly attends ITPA meetings.

Paul Edginton

Paul joined SYC in 2002 as General Manager of Training Prospects and has been Chief Executive Officer since 2004, leading the SYC transformation into one of Australia's most innovative not-for-profit organisations. Victoria Griffith

Victoria Griffith has worked with CCF SA since moving to South Australia from the UK in 2012. As Interactive Learning Manager, Victoria's role was to manage the operations of the RTO (Civil Train SA) whilst establishing a simulation Centre of Excellence. Three years later, Victoria is now Director of Global Learning and Future Directions, assisting with the strategic direction of the RTO and the Industry Association, making judgements around the likely future economic and business environment, government and regulatory framework, and market opportunities, including heading up an eLearning division to take to the global market. Graduating in Law, with postgraduate degrees in Education and eLearning, Victoria has held a range of educational management roles over the last fifteen years, in both Australia and the UK, including Deputy Head at an Independent School for Children with emotional and behavioural difficulties and Head of eLearning for a national Academy charity in the UK. In the UK, Victoria was a School Governor for a large Academy (High School) with responsibility for Special Educational Needs.
