Alan T. Lingerfelt - CEO, Chairman

Al Lingerfelt is a Principal and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lingerfelt CommonWealth. He has been active in real estate investment management for over 40 years. During this time, he has been involved in nearly 20 million square feet of real estate acquisitions and development in seven states. Al currently serves as a member of the Investment Committee and has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of Lingerfelt's current owned portfolio of 4.7 million square feet and 1,165 hotel rooms in 6 states, totaling $806 million. In 1995, Al sold his prior company, Lingerfelt Development Corporation and its affiliates to Liberty Property Trust, an $8.8 billion public real estate investment trust. He simultaneously joined Liberty as Senior Vice President, overseeing strategic direction for acquisition, development and management of properties in Liberty's Virginia Region for 12 years. Al received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Chris serves as the Controller for Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Chris was the CFO for a residential real estate developer in Richmond and an Audit Manager at Cherry Bekaert LLP. Chris is responsible for assisting with the budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting for Lingerfelt's real estate portfolio. Chris is a proud graduate of James Madison University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

J. Ryan Lingerfelt - Chief Investment Officer, President

Ryan Lingerfelt is a Principal and the President and Chief Investment Officer of Lingerfelt CommonWealth. He is responsible for Lingerfelt's investment and deal structuring activities and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Since 2003, Ryan has structured real estate projects with tenants, equity partners and other investors and financing sources to acquire, invest in or develop in excess of over $2.5 billion in real estate, including office, medical office, health sciences, industrial, hotel and retail properties. Today, Ryan is leading Lingerfelt into its third generation of commercial real estate investment management in the eastern United States and has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of its owned portfolio of 4.7 million square feet and 1,165 hotel rooms in 6 states, totaling $806 million across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. He serves on the Board and the Investment Committee of the Virginia Tech Foundation. Ryan earned his Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University and his Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Building Construction from Virginia Tech. He is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member ("CCIM") designation.

John E. Mason

Mr. Mason is a Principal and Senior Vice President of Development at Lingerfelt CommonWealth. He focuses on sourcing and structuring ground-up commercial development including multifamily, industrial, and office product types. John began his career in 2001 in Property Management where he was responsible for the management of over 2 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial portfolios for a variety of clients. Beginning in 2007, John transitioned into Commercial Development, Acquisitions, and Asset Management. He has been actively involved in site selections, developing and implementing investment theses, as well as structuring debt & equity partnerships and property level financing for numerous projects. John has overseen the performance of various one-off assets and portfolios valued at over $1.5 billion. These assets totaled in excess of 8 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial products, 1,200 hotel rooms, and over 2,000 multifamily units throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Central U.S. John has led or participated in the ground-up development and, or acquisition of five multifamily communities totaling in excess of 1,100 units. This included procuring loans with Balance Sheet Bank Lenders, Life Companies, and Agency Lenders as well as utilizing the HUD 221(d)(4) program for construction and permanent loans. John is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and holds a CPM® designation. He was a co-founder and previous board member of Mosquito Joe and served on the Monarch Bank Leadership Board.

Lynn K. Medley

Lynn Medley is the Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance for Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners and has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. Lynn joined a Lingerfelt predecessor company in 1985, and has held multiple property management, asset management and financial positions with Lingerfelt (or its affiliates). Beginning in 2007, Lynn has been responsible for budgeting and financial reporting for Lingerfelt's real estate portfolio. Her background includes 12 years at Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY) in both the real estate finance and property management areas. Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Lynn worked as an auditor for Wells Coleman & Co., Certified Public Accountants in Richmond, Virginia. Lynn is a graduate of James Madison University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Matt Stein

Matt Stein is Managing Director of Capital Markets for Lingerfelt CommonWealth, responsible for Lingerfelt's equity capital raising initiatives. Since 2004, Matt has gained significant experience and expertise in real estate finance, having overseen over $20 billion of capital markets transactions and numerous strategic advisory assignments across all commercial real estate property types for public and private real estate owners. From 2017-2021, he was the REIT Lending Manager for Raymond James Bank where he oversaw a portfolio of over $2 billion and was responsible for new production of over $1.5 billion. From 2006-2017, he was Vice President in Real Estate Investment Banking at Raymond James, where he was primarily focused on equity raising, including public offerings and private joint ventures. Matt is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree.

Rob Valentine

Rob Valentine is a Principal and Vice President of Investments and Asset Management at Lingerfelt CommonWealth. He focuses on sourcing, acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions for the company's investment portfolio including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and hospitality product types. Rob leads the firm's fund management platform, responsible for managing the firm's closed-end private equity funds, and also supports the firm's ground-up development initiatives. Rob began his career in 2012 in commercial real estate data research and analysis at CoStar Group. Beginning in 2014, Rob transitioned into commercial real estate asset & investment management, acquisitions, dispositions, and private equity fund management for Lingerfelt CommonWealth. He has been actively involved in the structuring of the firm's operating platform responsible for the acquisition and management of over 15 million square-feet and 1,600 hotel rooms valued at over $1.5 billion. Rob was also actively involved in structuring and managing the firm's fund management platform responsible for the procurement and management of over $200 million in private equity capital commitments alongside joint-venture/co-investment partnership capital commitments in excess of $600 million. Rob is a graduate of the University of Virginia and is a licensed real estate professional in Virginia.
