Alex Maidy comes to ERPA with over two decades of management and leadership experience across a variety of industries. He has worked in payroll implementation for fifteen years for some of the most influential payroll companies in the industry. Alex has worked with multiple partners in the Workday ecosystem as a principal consultant, architect, and manager. Prior to consulting, Alex earned his bachelor's degree in Education and was certified to teach high school in Illinois. He resides in the Chicago suburbs.

Barry is an experienced leader bringing over 7 years of experience within the Workday ecosystem and over 14 years working with cloud based technologies. Barry leads ERPA's Workday AMS and Phase X sales team. Prior to joining ERPA, Barry was Global Channel Director of Workday with Alight Solutions responsible for both professional services and software alliances. As Director of Business Development Enablement for Workday Barry was tasked with leading a team of five focused on best practice content development, process and tools improvement. As a Workday Business Development Manager Barry collaborated with the Workday subscription sales teams and leaders to assist in Workday's accelerated growth. Barry has additional cloud experience with Taleo/Oracle and understands on premise implications from past experience with PeopleSoft, Workbrain, and Oracle. Barry has Bachelors degree in Marketing and currently resides in the Chicagoland area.

Bill Cage leads the Oracle/PeopleSoft practice for ERPA. Bill is a highly experienced leader with more than 20 years of executive leadership in consulting, media/publishing, and healthcare. A key to Bill's success has been a focus on customer success and the ability to drive efficient, effective solutions for his customer base. Prior to moving to consulting, Bill worked for the publishing division of TimeWarner, worked for a regional retailer, and served in the US Army. Bill holds an MBA from Columbia University and bachelor's degrees from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Bill has 3 grown children and works from Birmingham, Alabama where he lives with his wife.
Christen leads ERPA's marketing team. She has over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing and has been a part of the Workday ecosystem since 2019. Christen began her marketing career in the field, focusing on event management, and shifted her focus to digital marketing, spanning demand generation to social media. She is passionate about data-driven marketing decisions and comprehensive campaigns and enjoys learning new marketing technologies. Christen received her Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from Wellesley College and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston.

Harsha is experienced in organizational transformations and has been key during the last decade in helping to accelerate ERPA's transformation of attracting and developing the best talent and building a culture of engagement, agility, and innovation. At ERPA, Harsha heads the consulting services practice. During Harsha's tenure, ERPA earned the "Best Places To Work" certification and has been recognized as the first consulting company to obtain this designation in consecutive years on both a local and national level. Harsha earned his master's degree with honors from Franklin University and received his Executive MBA from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business.

Known for building new business relationships and partnerships, Houman oversees the Workday practice for ERPA. Over the past 20 years, Houman has led sales for companies such as OneSource Virtual, Workday, Ceridian, ADP, Oracle and others. He has lead go-to-market strategy and implementation for SaaS products with a consultative sales approach and passion for delivering results for customers. Houman received his BS from the University of California, Riverside, and his MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Jacque supports Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. She has over 20 years of industry experience implementing Payroll and HCM both as a consultant and as a customer. Jacque has a deep knowledge of the service bureau approach to payroll and is invested in fostering innovative solutions for customers at ERPA.

Jon is an experienced financial analyst, technology consultant, change management consultant, project manager and system administrator. Jon has successfully led the implementation of Workday Financials for numerous companies across a variety of industries. Prior to joining ERPA, Jon spent nine years at Deloitte Consulting, during which he oversaw multiple consulting engagement accounts and transitioned to project consulting roles within the Workday Financials practice. Jon later joined TIFEC, where he led the implementation of Workday Financials across multiple portfolio companies, including Kansas City's Major League Soccer team, Sporting Kansas City. Jon also took on the role of interim-CFO during his time working with Sporting Kansas City. Jon later joined Advisor Group, where he helped implement Workday Financials across newly acquired companies. Jon attended the University of Kansas and received his MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City's Henry R. Bloch School of Management.

Julie is a Director in ERPA's Workday HCM practice helping customers define and achieve their strategic objectives. Julie has more than 9 years of progressive experience leading diverse initiatives specializing in HR system implementations across multiple industries. She has led numerous engagements at both domestic and international organizations. Additionally, Julie has experience with organizational change management, program management, application support and strategic leadership.
Julie has spent most of her career as a certified Workday consultant, where her main areas of focus have been people, processes and technologies for HCM. Julie supports her customers by looking at problems from a big picture perspective that include business process redesign through system implementation.
Julie received her Bachelors of Science in Graphic Communications from Clemson University and currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts.

Kiran is an original founder of ERPA and has led the development of ERPA's technology solutions and the transformation from start-up to trusted advisor to many Fortune 1000 companies across the United States. Kiran has over 20 years of extensive experience in leading the planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of custom enterprise-level ERP/BI application solutions, primarily in PeopleSoft and Oracle database environments. Kiran has worked with clients in a number of industries, including, healthcare, retail, legal, financial services, hospitality, government, and educational institutions. Kiran attended Kakatiya University and received his Executive MBA from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business.

Matt is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of results in the healthcare, distribution, technology, and banking industries. He brings a people-oriented, customer focused approach to fostering teamwork and continuous improvement, leading ERPA's Finance and Human Resources departments. Ranjith joined ERPA in 2006 as a recruiter and has risen through the ranks to currently serve as VP, Business Development. He holds a key role in ERPA's ECS business unit and has been responsible for its immense growth over the years. He over sees the entire W2 staffing team and has been responsible for adding various VMS accounts. He has also played a key role in adding direct client accounts at ERPA. He constantly keeps track of the market dynamics and makes sure ERPA is a pioneer in adapting to the changes.

Sabrina is an accomplished enterprise technology executive and is focused on driving high growth to maximize value while ensuring fiscal responsibility. At ERPA, Sabrina is responsible for the Workday and PeopleSoft practices as well as Shared Services. Sabrina focuses heavily on company culture and ensuring that ERPA's values of Empathy, Responsibility, Passion and Agility are forefront in how we do business. Prior to joining ERPA, Sabrina was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Astute Solutions, where she led the company transition from traditional on-premise solution offerings to SaaS while expanding business into Australia and the United Kingdom. Prior to Astute, Sabrina served as President and CEO of BidSync, where she was named one of the "30 Women to Watch" in Utah. Sabrina led Bidsync's transformation and ultimately sold the business to Periscope Holdings in 2014. Sabrina attended Otterbein College and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in accounting and completed the Emerging COO program at Stanford University.

Srikanth (Sri) is a seasoned entrepreneur, having launched four successful companies within the last 10 years. One of Srikanth's greatest accomplishments lies in growing ERPA from a two-person organization to a multimillion-dollar firm providing Oracle consulting and managed services and delivering projects to mid-market and Fortune 500 companies. Srikanth attended the Harvard Business School and received his Executive MBA from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business. He was a Business First "Forty under 40" honoree and received the 2015 "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Award" from the Fisher College of Business. Srikanth recently published his first book, titled "Destination Success."

As VP, Resource Management, Vijay has driven the growth of the company in the staffing industry, and has been responsible for facilitating key direct relationships for the organization. Vijay holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Central Michigan University.

Vishal is an experienced service leader and has extensive experience in delivery and presales of professional and managed services. At ERPA, he leads the delivery and solutions for managed services for PeopleSoft across all verticals. Vishal's career spans more than 20 years and prior to joining ERPA, Vishal was the Managing Partner at Five Cubes Inc., and Associate Vice President at Hexaware technologies where he was responsible for leading pre-sales and solutions for PeopleSoft Services. Vishal has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and MBA from DAVV University.
