MY PROFILE

I am Austrian and speak German, English, a little Spanish, and a little Italian. I spend one year living in the US, another year working in Italy, two research years in Spain, and another one and a half years in Germany. This experience of living in different countries and learning different languages made me interested in language and its automated processing. In my free time, I love to do sports - play padel (a tennis-squash phenomenon unique to the Spanish-speaking world), squash, and volley - read novels, go to concerts, or just have a relaxed dinner with friends... Joining the Austrian Standard Committee for terminology and other language and content resources - nominated for membership of several ISO working groups, including "Multilingual Knowledge Representation"
