Andy Dyson

Job Titles:

Andy joined the business in 1998, having graduated from Leeds University where he studied Civil Engineering (BEng (Hons)). He has performed several operational roles within the Group, including Bar General Manager, Area Manager and Operations Director - Revolution North. Andy has recently been promoted to Business Development Director and his many responsibilities are primarily associated with ensuring process efficiency for those services that cross both brands and ensuring that the many and varied workstreams driving change and innovation, including the potential development of a third brand, get the required focus.

Beth Anderson

Beth joined the business in 2012 with a strong operational background before moving into the People Development Team in 2014. Beth has held several roles within the People Development team including Human Resources Business Partner for the Southern region and subsequently National Talent Development Manager. She was promoted to Head of People in the summer of 2019 and has recently been further promoted to People Director.

Charlie McVeigh

Charlie spent 20 years as an owner/operator of a series of bar and pub businesses. This culminated in the founding, development and successful sale of The Draft House, a group of 16 craft beer pubs, to BrewDog in 2018. Since then he has served as a Non-Executive Director at restaurant business, The Breakfast Club, and Allsopp's Taverns, a brewing and pub business.

Chris Stagg

After 20 years behind the bar and in the kitchen, working for Whitbread, Chef & Brewer, and Hall & Woodhouse, Chris studied for his MBA. After 10 years with Hall & Woodhouse, moving from General Manager to Head of Operations, Chris moved to Brunning & Price as Deputy Managing Director for two years. He joined Peach Pubs as Operations Director and partner, overseeing growth from 17 to 21 pubs, implementing standard operating procedures and rebuilding the team. Peach has featured in the best companies to work for for the last five years, and in 2021 was ranked in the Top 25 best companies in the UK.

Danielle Davies

a salary deferral is in place for the Board, running from April 2024 to September 2024, with Rob Pitcher having 50% of his salary deferred, Danielle Davies having 25% of her salary deferred, and the Non-Executive Directors having 100% of their salaries deferred during this time; no changes are planned for pension provisions. Any new executive Board appointments would receive a workforce-aligned pension provision; annual bonus provision for FY25 will be capped at 100% of salary for Executive Directors with a majority based on sliding scale profit-related targets and a minority based on strategic targets. While the targets are currently commercially sensitive, details of the targets and performance against them will be disclosed in next year's DRR. The targets, which were based on achievement of budgeted EBITDA, were not met in relation to FY24; the Committee intends to grant Restricted Share Awards ("RSAs") in line with the Remuneration Policy with vesting three years from the grant date, subject to continued employment, satisfactory individual performance and a positive assessment against a performance underpin to be assessed by the Committee at the point of vesting. A two-year post vest holding period will operate.

Danielle James

Eoin Smith

The first Revolution bar opened in 1996, with vodka at its heart, and in 2011 the Group ventured further afield to "Cuba", creating the Revolución de Cuba brand which had focused on rum and Latin living. Both brands offer an excellent array of cocktails and food, with evening entertainment taking you into the early hours. In 2000, the Group floated on the Alternative Investment Market, but was then taken private again in 2006. In 2015, the Group listed on the London Stock Exchange before returning to the Alternative Investment Market in 2020. The Group has chased an ambitious growth plan since listing in 2015, and acquired Peach Pubs in 2022. Following the 2024 Business Restructure, the Group holds 62 bars and pubs across the brands Revolution, Revolución de Cuba, Peach Pubs, and Founders & Co.. "My revolution story began un-wrapping sweets to infuse and create our handcrafted in-house vodka; shot glass in-hand, and utterly devoted to quality assurance."

Fiona Hall - Chief Commercial Officer

Fiona joined the business as a Hospitality Consultant in both 2018 and 2019 focusing on pricing and margin optimisation. In December 2020 Fiona joined the Group permanently, managing the Commercial and Food teams. With over 15 years' experience in the industry, Fiona's focus has been on driving margin across multiple companies, such as the Stonegate Pub Company, The Alchemist, The Deltic Group, Town and City Pubs, Bay Restaurant Group and Laurel. Fiona began her career working in various blue chip companies, including Banks, Telecoms and Tech. She is a qualified Chef with an enormous passion for Food.

Gavin George

Gavin co-founded The Laine Pub Company in 1997 and served as its CEO until September 2024. The business operates a successful estate of 55 pubs and venues across Brighton, London and Birmingham, and is noted for its content led approach to sales generation. He remains a Non-Executive Director at Punch Pubs & Co, which acquired Laine in 2018.

Luke Johnson is a well-known entrepreneur and investor recognised for his significant contributions to the hospitality sector. He established himself in the sector as Chairman of and significant investor in PizzaExpress during its rapid expansion in the 1990s, he has since been involved in numerous successful ventures, including his role at and investment in Gail's bakeries amongst many others. Mr Johnson has chaired or founded various companies, including the private equity firm Risk Capital Partners, which has invested in a range of industries. Luke also participated in the Group's 2024 fundraise and holds 300,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 20% of the Company's Ordinary Shares. Matthew Fowler - CFO

Matthew is a chartered accountant who was most recently Chief Financial Officer of musicMagpie plc before it was sold to AO plc in December 2024. He was also Chief Financial Officer of genedrive plc, an AIM listed healthcare business, and spent many years prior to this in a multitude of financial management positions within predominantly listed businesses.

Paul O'Leary

Paul O'Leary has extensive financial and management role experience in the consumer sector, having served as Chief Financial Officer at Boden between 2000 and 2019, and then as Chief Operating Officer between 2019 and 2024. Paul now sits on the board of Boden as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair. It is intended that Paul will also chair the Company's Audit Committee.

Prior to joining M&B, Rob has held senior positions at many other leading hospitality companies including: Bramwell, Stonegate, Town & City, Laurel, Spirit and Scottish & Newcastle Retail.
